My name is Shannon Budd, a former Care Leaver who wants to make a difference in other children, teenagers and young people's lives. My company was founded with one clear missions: to inspire, educate, and equip care-experienced young people with the mindset and life skills to thrive.

I work alongside foster agencies, organisations, and community groups to deliver engaging workshops, speaking sessions, lived experience, and collaborative projects focused on:
